Saturday Competition Registration will take place on the Historic Side
near the stage.

Competition Registration ends for Jr. Competitors (16 and under)


9:30 -11:30

Jr. Prelim Competition (at Pavilion Stage)—In this order—(First 3 groups play 1-2
songs each) Jr. Guitar, Jr. OT Banjo, Jr. Wildcat, Jr. Fiddle (2 songs), Jr. Band (2 songs).


10:15

Adult (17 and over) Competition Registration ends.


10:30-1:30

Adult Prelim Competition (Historic Stage) – (1st 3 groups play 1-2 songs each). 

Adult Guitar, Adult OT Banjo, Adult Wildcat, Adult Fiddle (2 songs), Adult OT Band (2 songs).

Announce top 3 from each category. The top 7 contestants from Adult Fiddle will move on to the finals.


12:00-12:15

Welcome Ceremony; announce top 3 from Jr. Prelims.


1:45—3:15

Jr. Finals (on Historic Stage)- Call up top 3 people from each group. They each play 1
song unless they play fiddle (2 songs) or in OT Band. Winners announced and awards given by
3:30.


3:30-6:00

Adult Finals (on Historic Stage)- Call up top 3 people in all categories except for Fiddle
(7 top). Fiddles and OT Bands will play 2-4 songs, depending on time, other categories play 1-2
songs.


6-6:45

Supper Break.


6:45-7:30

Hot Licks contest. Announce Hot Licks winners/awards.


7:30

Announce top 3 Adult Finals including Champion Fiddler of SC (Call all 7 finalists up on
stage to announce winners). Awards Ceremony.


7:45-10:00

Jamming on Historic Courtyard Side.


9:00-11:00

Concert—West End String Band, Heritage Pavilion stage

Ongoing activities—Living History Demonstrations, craft vendors, food trucks,
kids games and fun activities for all ages. Gift Shop open Friday and Saturday.
Silent Auction held throughout event and closes Saturday evening at 6:15.
Saturday--All day jamming at Oolenoy tents behind cabins.
